1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on most of our clocks unless stated otherwise on the product page. This warranty covers:

Mechanical or movement faults under normal residential use

2. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. You must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) to begin any warranty service.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your clock is eligible for warranty service, follow the steps below:

Include: Your order number, product name, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos
Response: If your claim meets our warranty conditions, we’ll provide you with instructions for repair, replacement, or return
4. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to:
Damage from improper handling, misuse, dropping, or accidents
Issues due to incorrect installation or setup
Normal wear and tear, battery leakage, or expired batteries
Surface scratches or cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality
Modifications, repairs, or alterations not authorized by Renika Boost
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms
5. Limitation of Liability
Renika Boost’s responsibility is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective items under warranty. We are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our clocks.
6. Additional Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective
Warranty replacements are subject to product availability
Most claims are reviewed and processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item
