At Renika Boost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:

Customized or personalized clocks

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Opened or damaged products not due to transit issues

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@renikaboost.store with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective clock, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@renikaboost.store for further assistance.

8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us within the return period to arrange an exchange.

9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
